Smartwatch med fornuftig batteritid

Enig.

Just lost my hearing, and need a vibrating alarm.

I switched from a Mi Band 8 to a Galaxy Watch 5 and that has been the one thing I miss about the (Xiaomi) Mi band - battery life. I would go for a band vs a watch just for the assurance of not needing to charge your watch every other day versus once every 5-6 days for the band. I used to have to wai

My neurodiverse people, do you use wearable technology like apple watch, samsung watchm oura ring etc. as someone with ADHD, autism, dyslexia or any other neurodivergent aspects/conditions ?

Yeah, I wear a Xiaomi Mi Band 8. I prefer the slim profile of a smartband, because it's easier for me to wear it all day. I mainly use it as a watch, sleep tracking, and cardio tracking. In regards to ND specifically, having convenient access to the time can help me with time blindness.

Has sleep tracking improved on newer versions?

How? I have mi band 10 and had Mi band 8. For me mi band 8 is more accurate (see my post about mi band 10). Do you use advanced sleep tracking?

Pastilla tipo efecto NZT-48 (Limitless)??

Int

Suggest a simple fitness band / smartwatch for my grandmother (budget ₹3–4k)

I got the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Active for my grandmother recently, and it’s been perfect in this budget. She had used a Mi Band before, so the slim style felt familiar, and this one is super lightweight with a clear display, simple menus, and around 10–14 days of battery life. It tracks just the basi

Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active review

Greater accuracy in your data may come with a later Xiaomi fitness band that has GPS and more accelerometers. In deciding to buy the same smart band, I regret not knowing about the smart band 8 for comparison. Its cost was a small amount more. I don’t know if the features differ significantly. I’m h

Sleep tracking is too off

Fit 3 sleep tracking is terrible, I thought it would improve over time, but even after a week it continued to show inaccurate results My old mi band 8 gave me 70% ~ 85% more accurate results after just 3 days of reuse

Continuous heart rate monitor??

It depends how accurate you're after. I have a xiaomi mi band 8 pro & it's pretty decent at continuous monitoring (within 10bpm, measures every few minutes). It still picks up my heart rate spikes. Most medical grade continuous heart rate monitors are going to be expensive, like £200+. Chest-strap m
