My Apple Watch Series 6 has reached 60% battery health, so I am considering switching to a Withings ScanWatch 2 or ScanWatch Nova. Is the charger really that bad compared to an Apple Watch charger? Some other Redditer also talks about battery degradation after a 2-3 years, with no service or repair

I had scanwatch 1 and scanwatch 2. Ive also their sleeping pad. Before I sold the sw1 i had them both on my wrist, just for fun. Not a singel one of the 3 items showed the same sleep pattern.
