You wanna match the retro style of the NAD C 3050? If so, Wharfedale Super Denton would fit your budget. https://www.wharfedaleusa.com/collections/bookshelf-speakers/products/super-denton-bookshelf-speakers-pair If you have the space for them, Wharfedale Linton 85th https://www.wharfedaleusa.com/pro

Klipsch speakers are very easy to drive with tube amplification, and they also gain a noticeable degree of smoothness. This makes them especially enjoyable during long listening sessions. In fact, the most demanding speakers with this particular setup are the Wharfedale Dentons. They already sound s

That is amazing for a 3 way build with no waveguide. Easily better than a Wharfedale Super Denton.

Wharfedale isn't playing around! I've not heard one yet that doesn't stun and please me. Tremendous value! Super Dentons are my end-game speaker for my den. Trying to buy less new records to save up. Doing kinda sorta OK.... lol FYI - while they last, Music Direct has new old stock of the 220's, (5.

I'm going to take this as 'what record player should I get to play jazz' given this is the Vinyl Jazz sub! I have a couple of setups. The wharfedale Lintons will be my endgame. Currently have the Denton 80th and love them to bits, but I finally have the space for the Lintons and I feel they would be a nice upgrade eventually.

They say the Wharfedale Super Denton sounds old timey, and I sure do want a pair! Hopefully soon.

Elac UBR62 can be found around that price. Potentially Wharfedale Dentons (85 or super Denton).

Side note- looking to upgrade from my KEF LS50 Wireless II to passive speakers, streamer + integrated amp. Need bookshelf or stand mounted speakers. Out of curiosity I listened to Wharfedale Super Dentons… warm as a cozy fall day in front of the fire, but lacking the detail of the KEFs. Then he had
