Like others have already said, for anything outside of drawing/digital art, it’s pretty frustrating. Although, for the other things you suggested using it for: photo/video editing, and general Google usage, it should work fine. To be honest, my biggest issue with it has been the, seemingly gimped, A

That's why I shared this to help raise awareness for others. As someone who has used iPads and only flagship Android phones/tablets (which I assumed were in the same price range as this Wacom MovinkPad), I didn’t even realize that DP-Alt might be missing. I also reviewed the specs multiple times, bu

It was painted on tablet - Wacom Movink Pad 11. I tried Krita on phone , Samsung Galaxy, it installs, but experience is horrible. I think currently Krita supports only Android tablets but not phones, unfortunately 😕

Well I double checked with two AIs, but I forgot to check with you. Sorry. Processor Specs Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy (overclocked 4nm flagship SoC from late 2023). Octa-core CPU (1x Cortex-X3 @ up to 3.36GHz), Adreno 740 GPU. Geekbench ~2,200 single-core / ~6,500 mul

I think your only options are the Samsung Galaxy Tab S Ultra or the Wacom Movink Pad Pro 14. I'm pretty sure they're the largest android tablets you can get (I could be wrong, but anything else won't have a good pen for drawing anyway) You should look into both of these. The Samsung will have better

This is in the range of ipad pro prices. Spec-wise it's not as bad as the smaller movink but it's still a bit disappointing imo. It's using a snapdragon from 2 generations ago and is using an older android version from last year. I dunno how many OS/security updates they guarantee if any. Resolution

True. Support recommended the "Wacom Soft Case Medium", which might be way too big (13"). It's weird they did not do something for this model since you're supposed to draw on the go. I just received mine Today but too much work to play with it yet :) Setting it up was kind of a pain since it was my

Oh! That reminds me about something. I did in fact grab my Wacom one pen just to test it out on the screen, and it actually had the same not-so-good IAF that using it on my Galaxy Tab S9 had, almost identical. It's really weird, I wonder if the Movink was really specifically designed to work with th

Thank you for the write up! Very much appreciated! The Processing Power is unfortunately expected as this, the XP-Pen I was looking at as an alternative, the Huion Tablet that uses USI Pens, all use the MediaTek Helio G99. Which is a budget Processor from 3 years ago. It was budget then so at this p

For me, it’s the clean user interface that comes with Procreate, although Clip Studio Debut has a “Simple Mode” that works nicely. I also find that I can integrate the IPad seamlessly with my Studio desktop and transfer rough sketches in Procreate to Rebelle. Not sure that’s possible with the Wacom.
