Does home office desk upgrades actually made a difference for you?
A standing desk. Even if I'm not standing it's nice to adjust the height exactly where I want it. I have two, the first is a hydrologic tabletop model, that sits on top of a desk, with no battery or motor from Vivo, that my company paid for. It's good it was just a little too small. The larger size

I’ve been working from home for a while now, and I’ve realized I spend 90% of my day in the exact same chair. What’s one "non-tech" item on your desk that actually makes your workday more comfortable?
I have a regular desk with the vivo desk converter. The combo works out great. I can sit for a meeting and any other time im standing or walking. When I first started from home I just sat all day and I ended uo with extreme back and sciatica pain. The standing desk and walking pad were a life saver.

Wfh folks, what's YOUR best choice of standing desk for home office? Do you really use it?
A standing desk is a standing desk. They're not that different. I just got a $200 Vivo one from Amazon. It goes up. It goes down. It's fine.

Need help in making my spare bedroom into an office
That budget sounds realistic honestly. I did a similar office refresh last year and found a VIVO electric standing desk that worked well without breaking the bank. For echo reduction, acoustic foam panels like the Mybecca 12-pack made my Zoom calls much clearer. Cable management with basic raceways

Corner or L-Shaped Standing Desk - Any Recommendations
I’d recommend the VIVO Electric Corner L‑Shaped Standing Desk. its solid steel frame, supports ~176–225 lbs, and usually under $500 with good stability for dual-monitor setups.

Best standing desk for small rooms and mixed work. any underrated picks that hold up long-term?
Get some Vivo sit-stand legs and a table top and DIY one. My desk is 24"x38" in a similarly small room (10x12), works great and leaves a lot of space. If I was building one today, I'd probably go narrower and longer, like 20x45. Motorized legs Manual crank legs
