Luma Ultra

I just got my Luma Ultras today and to say I'm underwhelmed is a bit of a understatement. I've connected them to my phone, steam deck and PC and on each platform I was left disappointed.

​First off, with the nose pad they came pre-installed with, the glasses sat a bit high so the top of the screen was cutting off. I tried them without any nose pads, but then they sat just a bit low and I couldn't see the botto

EDIT: Things are MUCH improved, now. I had to try the firmware update a couple times. Then Go into the android settings on the neckband and check updates. After letting both devices idle for a few hours, plugged into a charger, I came back to a smoother experience.

I have to have 3dof period. I don't care if it's software or hardware if it works well. The quest 3 best case wirelessly adds 28-38ms of latency and (Sure it's using other tricks for head rotation.) it's more than fine for gaming.

The main difference is that the Beast has an on-board chip to handle 3DoF. Whereas the whole Luma series including the Cyberpunk needs software to enable 3DoF features. I other words, when you plug the Beast into a device and it gets power there is a OSD (on screen display) menu that can be accessed
