UniFi Dream Wall UDW

Hello fellow Australian. Two answers, as I see you’re looking at Ubiquiti. Unifi Dreamwall in garage though I hope Unifi doesn’t discontinue this design. Top Shelf of Laundry Cupboard, I’ve installed countless dozens like this; especially when you can install a vent system into the roof space. I sug

I have 34 sites, over 50 APs, and operate a 400 million dollar company on Ubiquiti. Had a single AP needing RMA and that was a breeze (they advanced shipped the replacement). I 100% recommend it. I also use a Dreamwall at home.

I think the dreamwall was one of those innovative things Ubiquiti tried throw at the wall to see if it sticks and this one probably didn’t stick well enough.

For reference, a Dreamwall cannot do spanning tree (STP/RSTP) at all. From Ubiquiti support: Cloud Gateway devices such as the Dream Wall do not support STP or RSTP configuration, including priority settings. These features are supported only on UniFi switches, including the Enterprise and Pro serie
