It’s not six, but it is five and much more affordable than the Naga. It still wasn’t the button placement I wanted so I caved and got the Naga, but this is still a nice mouse you might like that’s much more affordable: Turtle Beach Kone XP Air

Not sure what gaming mouse to get
The closest I'm aware of is the Turtle Beach Kone XP Air. It isn't exactly what you're asking for, but it's quite close - it has one button below the scroll wheel and two beside the left mouse button, instead of two and one respectively. What mice do you use ?
Turtle Beach Kone XP Air and I love it. Great button layout for wow and great build quality. Quite expensive though
