Customer Service won’t respond
Thanks. We don't seem to have it yet in the UK but having something bigger than tractive cat mini sounds like it would be too big for my cat. I haven't had any problems so far with tractive but hopefully I won't ever need to contact customer service!

Has anyone had any experience using Tractive? What are the pros and cons in your opinion?
Yes! I bought it almost immediately after my post above and have been using it everyday. I got the cat mini. I've had no problems so far. It has connection 99.9% of the time. Only during really bad weather like a storm did I find some issues. I charge when it's around 50% so I don't worry about losi
