Ongoing Deco XE75 / BE63 IoT Disconnects – Looking for Beta Firmware 1.4.6 / 1.1.8 or Real Fix
Hey everyone — hoping someone here (or a TP-Link engineer) can help.
I’ve been fighting persistent IoT disconnections across my Deco XE75 (V1.6) and Deco BE63 (V2.0) mesh setup for weeks. Since updating to firmware 1.4.5 (XE75) and 1.1.7 (BE63), my 2.4 GHz smart devices constantly drop off the netw

Benefits of switching to AP7 from Deco 7 mesh?
I had 4 Deco XE75's (6E) and went to 4 AP7's. The Deco routing was terrible. There really is no separate VLAN for IoT, but they offer an IoT SSID and it does nothing other than reporting. You are best to get away from Deco. Now, that being said, the AP7's are great for VqLAN and managing them (and d

Is wireless backhaul always crap?
Bought a new home, moving in soon and trying to plan out how to make Internet functional.
The place is single story long and thin. 1960s build, every single wall internal and external is made of solid brick. It also has a flat roof. In other words it's a nightmare for running cables. No coax either

6ghz Dedicated Backhaul option disappeared? Deco XE75 Pro
Hi all - about 4mo into my XE75 pro mesh setup and it appears after app updates the option to have the 6ghz band act as a dedicated Backhaul is now gone? Or am I going crazy and just can't find the option now? On android if that helps.
Did they change the structure/setup for it? My wife noticed TV

Deco XE75 Pro
I've just set up a new mesh system, with two nodes. The main one is in the kitchen, where the master socket is, with the secondary one in the office upstairs. I've set up a main network and a guest network.
The connection upstairs seems to be rock solid, but downstairs we can't connect to the main

Another request for manual channels and widths, ugh
TLDR Holy these XE75 units have been a pain. Granted, pushing them hard. But nothing I'm doing should be outside the bounds of these things. End TLDR.
I own SIX Deco XE75 (non pro). I initially started with 3 but I had a few hard to reach areas. I have a smart home with over 90 devices most of whi

Deco system node switching really needs a major improvement.
I have deco xe75 pro (3 pack) in my 2300 sq ft home...one pod on each of my 3 floor levels.
I've noticed many times my phone doesn't switch to the closest node....I don't mean immediately.
Last night we watched a movie in the basement. This morning after 8 hrs of sleep on the top floor of my home

Eternal wait for the XE75 firmware update
This post is essentially meant to express my profound regret for purchasing the Deco XE75. I had been using the M5 for five years, and while I was generally satisfied with its performance, its coverage was quite limited. Consequently, I decided to upgrade to the three-pack XE75, which offered improv

So far I'm impressed
I recently upgraded to 1G fibre and as a result I needed to upgrade my old nest mesh WiFi.
Story time: First off I did some initial research and went for the TP Link deco xe75. I ended up returning it because all my nest cameras and nest doorbell kept dropping connection. The speed was remarkable

Lots of Issues with BE65 Pro and XE75 Pro Mixed mesh
Hey all, hoping the community has a workaround for a serious bug before I give up on this setup and go to All XE75 Pros.
My old 3-node Deco XE75 Pro network was rock solid for my 46 devices (mostly 2.4 GHz IoT).
The Upgrade:I replaced the Main and Office nodes with Deco BE65 Pro units (FW 1.1.3).
