Why do people workout with these headphones? Don't they get sweaty and hurt your head after a while

What pair of headphones 🎧 do you recommend for gym workouts? Preferably something not above 100$
I recommend TOZO openEarRing earbuds. About 30 bucks on Amazon and they basically hang onto your ears with shockingly high degree of reliability and comfort. What headphones are you using?
I’ve been using the TOZO OpenEarRing that I found on Amazon. Pretty cheap with good sound. I definitely sweat a lot and I even wore them out in the rain today.
