How do I avoid my mascara from smearing underneath my eyes?
I have this issue along with smearing my lashes all over my lenses when I wear my glasses lol Use waterproof mascara, let it dry between coats. My personal favorite which I’ve put several people on who years later still thank me for, Better Than Sex by Too Faced. It just lengthens and doesn’t clump

Looking for a mascara that will NOT come off in even the most craziest conditions.
Too Faced Better Than Sex tubing mascara is the only one that has ever not smudged on me. I don't wear mascara often though so it gets all thick & gunky before I can use it enough. L'Oreal Voluminous waterproof is cheaper & mostly does the trick. I despise clumpy lashes.

How would you do my makeup?
Individual lashes/small clusters are going in different yet very distinct directions that are not congruent with the others. It doesn't look like a natural lift or curl pattern. This happened to me when I learned to use a lash curler as effectively as possible, which definitely seems to be the case
