hey man, been in a similar boat and tried a few different options most of which didn't pass muster. I think it's a bit out of your budget but the best controller I've used for rocket league is the thrustmaster eswap x2

G7 pro alternative controller advice
Honestly maybe try to find XBOX Series controller with TMR sticks from someone. Any good controllers for large hands? and why are xbox controllers so small
Thrustmaster eSwap X Pro (i think it has back buttons), hyperkin Duke (basically original xbox controller for new gen), or you could add some stuff to your controller to make it bigger like Otterbox protective shell+kontrolfreek thumb sticks.
