Ikke en løsning, men en liten midlertidig workaround for å sove bedre om de ikke respekterer deg: kjøp noise-cencelling earbuds. Kan anbefale Technics EAH-AZ100, veldig god ANC og lang batterilevetid og relativt små og lett vekt, jeg sovner ofte med dem og de tuner ut mye bråk og støy.
