First time Ubiquiti user

I'm using 2 10TB WD Red drives I've been swapping between other NAS solutions I've tried. Originally bought them for a Synology DS224+. No issues so far. Getting ready to enable encryption with tne new EA version of Drive to see how that works.

Begynder NAS

Mini PC for homeserver

For a NAS, I'd be wary of having all the connections be through USB. For your price range, I'd probably look for something like a used Synology DS224+ or something. Edit: Actually, now that I think about it, you could probably turn one of these into an all NVMe type NAS with 2 slots. That would be i

Looking to purchase first home NAS, but am overwhelmed by all the options and need advice

For your use case on simplicity, Synology fits the bill. If you've got HDD already then $300 can get you a used 2 bay off eBay like the DS224+ or DS225+. If you're going to be buying HDD then you can take other people's advice on buying an older used pc and setup next cloud and immich

I want to get a NAS, seeing mixed answers previously on the "best" option, what should I be getting here?

The Synology DS224+ is working great for me. Highly recommended.

Best way to go regarding PBS

If you can, use a dedicated machine. I've got a 10 yo atom quad core mini pc that runs PBS bare metal and backs up to a Synology DS224+ iSCSI-backed datastore. The only issue I've had so far was PICNIC - I forgot to change the mount in fstab after making adjustments, so I missed a few backups after

StremHU | Source – Self-hostolható Stremio addon magyar trackerekhez

Azok azért tudnak működni, mert nincs ilyen erőforrásigénye illetve nem tárolnak adatot. Páran VPS-t bérelnek és ott futtatják az addon-t és vettek hozzá egy sima olcsó domain-t. Nekem itthon Synology DS224+ NAS-on fut, ami igazából mindent ad a futtatásához így távolról is elérem.
