Suunto 9 Peak Pro has a previous generation GPS chipset so it is not nearly as accurate as Race and Vertical. Perhaps you should keep that in mind.

I was less than impressed with a recent purchase of Suunto 9 peak pro. Battery charge from full lasted less than a day of just being on my wrist, without using the nav feature. Like you mention, I’ve just purchased a refurbed apple watch 9 instead.
