You don't say what you are using it for specifically. I stuck constantly to Magic Mouse for years but for gaming I had a couple of switch arounds (Razer Naga when I broke my collar bone for all the buttons to play WoW with one handed) but OS support was bad, switched to a SteelSeries Aerox 5 wireles

Tractor beam distance scrolling repetitive strain injury.
Personally i use a SteelSeries Aerox 5, the software allows me to bind scroll up and scroll down to the button on the side, which is a little flappy button you can bush up or down with your thumb, then i can just hold it up or down when tractoring, i use it for all my scrolling now not just starciti
