SteelSeries Aerox 3 Snow Super light and comfy. Battery lasts an eternity I wipe it down every now and then and use a Q tip for the holes. But haven't had issues where it gets really dirty or anything. I guess that'd depend on how much dead skin you shed haha. But the grill design helps your hand br
