Bambu Lab A1 EVERYWHERE!
It was the best entry-level standard sized bed slinger for a very long time. It’s still one of the best, but it has some decent competition now, like the Anycubic Kobra X and the Creality SparkX i7

Anycubic Kobra X or Creality SparkX i7?
That Creality SparkX I7 looks interesting, especially for only $339 for the Combo! A perfect clone of the A1 supposedly done better! I'll be watching to see how it goes.

Is Kobra X actually faster then Bambu A1?
Kobra X's major speed advantages come from multi-color prints specifically, its time to switch filament is way less and said switch produces less waste So yeah... If you have a single colour print you obviously won't see those time savings. It sounds to me like you only read a few youtube titles and

Flashforge AD5X, Bambu A1 w/ AMS, or Bambu P1S
All of these will print well, especially Petg and PLA. Tougher materials will want an enclosed printer but you won’t mess with those right away (or maybe at all). For the price I’d recommend the ad5x over the A1 for the corexy kinematics but if you want an enclosed printer I’d maybe check out the p1

Peptide Stash and 3D Printed Storage
Truly. So much easier than they used to be. Self leveling, self correcting, and pretty much completely automated. And cheaper than ever. Check out the Bambu line and lately I've liked the new stuff by Creality. If I was buying one today I might grab the SparkX i7.

cheapest printer
Honestly, for a beginner I’d recommend the SparkX i7. It’s not the absolute cheapest printer, but it’s probably one of the cheapest modern printers that actually feels like an appliance instead of a DIY repair project. Auto leveling, decent speed, enclosed design and very beginner friendly. Old Ende

Just Got the Sparx i7 delivered yesterday from Creality Cloud. And dont have enough space.
I made this one, I remixed it from scratch from an another model, printed it with Hyper PLA, and I’ve had it installed for about two months now. It’s been really solid, I’m very happy with this top mount top Mount CFS Lite V3 For SparkX I7 With Spool Holder Mount https://m.crealitycloud.com/en/model

Advice on buying used 3d printer
I just bought this printer and I have a Sovol SV06 plus from when it first released. The SV06 is a similar price (new) on sovols website and I think it's way better value if you're okay with a ton of tinkering. Bigger bed, more rigid motion system, higher max temps, has a filament run out sensor, be

Creality is trying so hard😭
I think the Hi is a bit higher spec in some ways. The Hi has got closed loop X and Y stepper motors. The Z height on the Hi is higher also, this might matter to some. The Hi also has dual independent Z axis motors, and it does alignment every print. There's less detail about Sparkx i7 at the moment,
