Warranty claim not getting responded to, next course of action ?
Soundcore v20i left ear bud stopped working. Sent a mail to support to claim warranty, they replied once and haven’t sone anything since. What to do?

Soundcore NEVER again!
I bought the Sleep A20 and the left earbud degraded so badly within a year - will not charge beyond 60% after their firmware update. Pretty disappointing for something that’s not cheap. Never buying soundcore again. I have the v20i as well. Shame as I was starting to actually like their products but
