The sound quality is excellent when they stay in my ears. The earbuds are new.

I have tried each size of the little rubber pieces and none of them will stay in my ear. If I have to turn my head and often just walking causes them to fall out or at least come loose.

Hi all. I got my mom the soundcore sport x20. I've used soundcore earbuds for years but never this particular model. I double checked to make sure these buds had HearID because my mom has unilateral hearing loss. I'm lowkey afraid she's frying her one good ear with how loud she turns the volume up

I just go new pair of sport x20s and just curious how the volume are supposed to be. I'm having the volume on full and not that it's low, but I was expecting a bit louder, so is this just normal or something with my settings?

I’m having this issue where when I turn on transparency mode it’ll open up sound and make it how it should be. But if they hear a loud noise or honestly any noise at this point they will mute almost like noise cancellation is turning and it really messes with me. It jumps from one side to the other
