Sport X20

Around two weeks ago my headphones worked perfectly fine but now when I press Bluetooth it shows two sport x20s and only the right bud produces sound when I connect to both of them. I already tried resetting which didn’t work, and Soundcore Support wasnt helpful at all.

I've just acquired the Soundcore Sport x20 and the double press action doesn't work consistently. It doesn't matter how fast I do the double tap; sometimes it will do the action and sometimes it will simply do the action assigned to the single press. This behavior is happening in both earbuds.

My Sport X20s wont sync, only the right one plays sound, the left one seems to not even be powered on. The charging case thingy wont reset when holding the button for 10 seconds anymore, I've made sure theres no blockage or dirt in the case and the earbuds. This problem appeared after only having th
