Hello, just trying to see if I'm going crazy here. I bought these headphones for work/gym use and have been loving them this past week. Today I noticed while watching a youtube video on my work computer that I was getting very quick audio de syncs between my left and right earbud, I started troubles

Hi all. I got my mom the soundcore sport x20. I've used soundcore earbuds for years but never this particular model. I double checked to make sure these buds had HearID because my mom has unilateral hearing loss. I'm lowkey afraid she's frying her one good ear with how loud she turns the volume up

I've just acquired the Soundcore Sport x20 and the double press action doesn't work consistently. It doesn't matter how fast I do the double tap; sometimes it will do the action and sometimes it will simply do the action assigned to the single press. This behavior is happening in both earbuds.

I just got these and the ambient mode is always switching between normal and ANC. Basically makes them unusable.

Has anyone had this issue? Is there a fix?

I contacted support but the usual stuff didn't work (reset, disable the ambient mode buttons etc.)
