Q20i

Boa tarde, comprei os headphones Soundcore Q20i há cerca de um ano e meio. Na última semana, uma das almofadas abriu e a esponja interna ficou exposta. Gostaria de saber se este tipo de desgaste está abrangido pela garantia.

Recently purchased Q20i headphones. They worked fine, but the LED illuminates blue when first connecting to USB device, then it goes out. So there is no indication that the headphones are on. I thought this may be by design, but I've seen reviews of these same headphones and that LED is illuminated.

The title says it all. When I connect my Q20i to my laptop and try to get audio from my computer, I can hear the first split second of audio and then it goes silent. The headphones then disconnect from the computer entirely and then automatically reconnect about 30 seconds later. This does not happe

Hello, I recently bought the soundcore q20i as i has seen good reviewns on reddit and on YouTube, however a few days ago I saw some posts about this model getting bricked after firmware updates and I was wondering if this is something I should sorry about or if I don't have to update the headphones

I was using my soundcore headphones as usual yesterday and switched them off and put them in the headphone case as normally I do. But today as I tried to switch them on, the power button doesn't work. The headphones charge tho, and show a red light as well. The headphone jack works as well
