Hi, i bought my Soundcore q20i almost a year ago. I always use it everyday except last december because i bought another soundcore product. Anyways, when i used it again the battery degraded significantly. Playing music for like 30 mins to an hour will result to a 70% battery. Is this normal? Did I

I was using my soundcore headphones as usual yesterday and switched them off and put them in the headphone case as normally I do. But today as I tried to switch them on, the power button doesn't work. The headphones charge tho, and show a red light as well. The headphone jack works as well
