I use cheaper ones that fit my ears well. That way it's harder for them to fall out, and if they do; I'm not super bothered if I lose one. I'm currently using a Soundcore p30i set that cost me C$40 ($29US)

Someone recommended Soundcore p30i here a while back. They're cheap but I like them better than my Airpods. The ANC works great and the battery life far surpasses Airpods. I often wake up in the morning to audio still playing and they stay in my ears too. I'm a side sleeper and they don't bother me

watch some reviews on Soundcore P30i ANC, they might fit, the drivers look bulky but Soundcore has a good reputation of good ear fit
