I’ll get downvoted I’m sure but I don’t bother with firmware updates from Soundcore. The last one completely disabled my left earbud entirely. No matter how much I charged it, left it in its case, nothing works. These updates are lokey ruining our earbuds. My P30i’s left earbuds runs out of battery

If I take the earbuds out of the case and put them in my ears quickly, before they finish turning on completely, I notice that after they finish turning on they suddenly cut out outside sounds as if the noise canceling was always active at a lower "power," even with it turned off (in "normal" mode)

I bought a pair of P30i earphones. The sound seems decent and I’m pretty happy but I’m having a constant issue where at least once a day I have to forget them from my phone and re-pair them.

My left earphone works fine. The right one does not. It outputs no sound. However, it reacts to inputs and generates sound in the left earbuds. It also doesn't make the hissing sound of noise cancellation that the left earphone does. Audio balancing does nothing. I tried charging the earbuds, forget

What earbuds are you using?I have the soundcore p30i and it's awful for the device since it's a hit and miss.

Same issue, Standalone download via slack website. Bose QC II Quiet Comfort & Anker SoundCore p30i both have the same problem. Windows 11 here.

I also have the soundcore P30i and it never gave this issue. I am facing this issue only with the x20. its VERY ANNOYING, especially when I am on a zoom meeting on my work laptop, and there's a notification bell on my phone. The meeting audio is cut off for ~3 sec.
