If anyone knows but my p20i earbuds have spilled into 2 Bluetooth devices and soundcore support could not help and they will not reset

I'm having issues with my soundcore p20i's. My right earbud works, but the left one doesn't unless the right one is in the case. I've tried to reset them as everyone else has said on this subreddit, YouTube, and the official website, but it doesn't fix anything.
