Yep... It's too bad because SoundCore actually makes some really good sounding earbuds. But quality is a real issue. Great value at first, but terrible longevity: The Soundcore cycle.
Exact same problems with the Liberty 2 Air Pro's, went through 3 pair, 2 replaced under warranty. I'm on my second pair of Liberty 5 Pro's and exact same issue AGAIN. Liberty 5 or 4 nc ?
Liberty 4 (non-nc) is the best in my opinion. Best fit, best audio and least bugs. (Yes, i have found lots of bugs in my Soundcore in-ears)From my testing L4 > L3P > L4NC > L5 > L4P
