Boom 2

Boom 2 does not have USB audio conversion capabilities. Adapter will not do anything unfortunately. The little soundcore mini has usb audio and comes with a 1/4 conversion cable.

I have a 2011 that’s connected to two door speakers. For the cost of updating the van speakers and head unit, i just bought a Soundcore Boom 2 plus. It’s loud enough on the highway with the windows down and is multipurpose when I’m parked.

Soundcore boom 2 plus. Really good for the price, loud and bassy with lights and a crazy battery life, also hardly any latency when plugged in via aux.

It's good if you need to bring out the instruments and vocals, although personally, I find that this preset generally improves the sound—I can't listen to the speaker with the default settings anymore. Yep, I recently got a Soundcore Boom 2 and noticed this same exact thing. I googled it, found this thread. So hey, this post might be finally getting the internet traction it deserves!
