Do yourself a favor and go splurge on a nice pair of over the ear headphones
Sony WH-CH720N Wireless Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones are amazing with glasses. Iām AuDHD and wear them all day with no issues. Very light and comfortable and the noise cancelling is great.

I have the Sony WH-CH720Nās (over-ear headphones) and they are incredible for the price. The noise canceling on any over-ear headphones are going to be better than earbuds in my experience

Ear defenders/earbugs
as earplugs i use loopsā, the āengage 2 plusā model for the day and the ādreamā one for the night (even tho for sleeping i mainly use wax or foam earplugs). they get really uncomfortable for me after a while tho and itās not really recommended to wear them all the time. so i also use noise canceling

Bought an iPod 5th gen 30GB 10 days ago, and Iām not disappointed. Using it with Sony WH-CH720N with ANC enabled and some EQ Tune, and itās the best casual music setup for me, even though I only use 256kbps AAC for my music.
