Every few seconds the sound cuts out but the phone says the head phones are still connected and what ever your watching doesn't pause like it would if you lost connection. but there is no sound the only way to fix it is

hi, i am having some issues with my sony headphones, when i start them it pairs and everything but i cannot connect it to my phone, via normal bluetooth or via the app, it isnt detected, even after a factory rest, any help is appreciated
