Bluetooth/Chromebook combination = Poor audio?

Hi,

Sony WH CH520 sound leakage

Just bought the Sony WH CH520s and they have quite a noticeable sound leakage. I usually listen to music quite loud but I turned it down as I figured it was just me using it too high and they still bleed/leak.

I've downloaded the app Sony recommends but not sure what to adjust. Thanks!

I am currently using Oppo Enco Air 2 Pro from the last 2 years (using them every day until now) and also bought Sony WH-CH520 last year (I don't use them much because the sound quality isn't that great and their fit is also not good).

Please help me choose an IEM + DAC for β‚Ή3k (or less).

wh-ch520 connected but no audio/sound

I recently bought a Wh-Ch520, but when I connect it to Bluetooth, it says it is connected/paired, but there's no sound. My device is Windows 10. I also tried factory resetting and reconnecting it, but that didn't work either. Also, the device is not connected in the control panel. Can anybody help?
