WH-CH520

so whenever i use my microphone on my kde nobara install the sound quality is horrible my headphones are the WH-CH520 and i cant live with it only when im on call does the mic sound horrible but when use obs it sounds fine please tell me how to help its driving me insane also when i make the quality

When I join a call with my bluetooth headphones, for me to use the microphone it switches to the Hands-free Audio mode, which as I understand splits the quality of both input and output sound, right? Hey, when I join calls and record voice notes people say they can hear the background more than they can hear me on calls, even sounds that shouldn't be picked up lol, does anyone know if there's anything that can be done to fix that??
