The best and simplest advice is so slow down. There’s usually no rush. If anything PTCGL rushes you more than IRL. I do struggle sometimes with sensory overload/deprecation so I always have my headphones on (Sony XM6) on the “transparency” mode. My local group never minded that so I’ve been rocking
