Wh-1000XM4 CUTS OUT WHEN TALKING?

Hey y'all,

I'm sure I accidentally turned on a feature or something, but recently my XM4's have started doing this thing pretty frequently where they play a little chime, then cut out all sound for a moment.

The one consistent thing I've noticed is it usually happens when I start talking, and tap

Hoping for Native BT headphone support

That's a great solution! But the fact that even my Sony WF-1000XM5 and WH-1000XM4 headphones aren't compatible with another SONY product is just ridiculous.

My broken headphones work when I order a new one. But break again once I cancel. And the cycle continues.

Yesterday, my beloved noise cancelling Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones started to have a high pitched feedback squeal and clicking in my left earcup. I've found people with the same issue and some possible solutions on Reddit, but none of them worked for me. So I ordered a new one on Amazon. And right af

iPhone 13 Pro Bluetooth audio constantly cutting out

iPhone 13 Pro, currently running iOS 15.5, but this has been an issue since I got the phone at launch. Whenever I'm using any Bluetooth headphones (tried AirPods Pro, Sony WH-1000XM4, and Galaxy Buds), the audio will intermittently lag/cut out, as if I'm too far away and losing signal, even though I

Bad sound quality on Sony WH-1000XM4 when using the mic

There is a well known issue with the XM4s, where if you use them on a Windows PC, and use the microphone at the same time as listening to something the sound quality of the headphones is dropped down to the quality of the microphone (which is horrible).

This doesn't matter that much for pure voice,

My WH-1000XM4 keeps switching to ambient sound

Last month I bought the WH-1000XM4, and after 2-3 weeks it just kept pausing the music and switching to ambient sound control. Then I had to press play again and the music would resume but after 2 minutes or so it kept switching back. I had adaptive sound control on so I assumed that's why this was

Switch Bluetooth audio support does not work well with Sony WH-1000XM4 touch sensor control

On a smartphone it normally shows and synchronises the volume level when adjusting through Sony WH-1000XM4's [touch sensor control](https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP0002752781.html).
On Switch, however, the touch control and Switch physical buttons acts like 2 separate volume controls that may produce unexpected, and potentially ear-damaging resu

Sony WH-1000XM4 - no mic over cable?

I got the headset a week ago and it seems the mic is not working at all over the provided jack cable.

I have a jack output/mic splitter plugged in the front of my pc and have the headset connected to that splitter via cable. PC has no bluetooth, so cable is my only option.

Tested on windows 10 a
