WH-1000XM4

It just completely stopped working. The swipes, cover to talk, nothing works. Is it because its battery is low or is there some other reason?

To be honest I have them because Sony messed up the firmware of the 1000xm4 (killing the battery). The ANC was better and the case is nicer to carry. Also I found the sound profile nicer.... And they were cheaper.

My newly-bought WH-1000XM4 isn't charging no matter which cord or wire I use and no matter which source I plug it in to. I used the official cable and plugged it in via the PC and the PC initially recognized it but there's no light on the indicator.
