Is the Fender mustang micro the best option for headphones playing?

There’s the Boss Katana:Go and probably one or two others. The “best” is subjective. Best for what? What kind of music do you play. What guitar(s) do you have? I had both the Fender and Boss. I sold the Fender because the Boss just sounded better for metal. As usual, the speaker you’re playing throu

Open question - Headphones

I've been in pro sound for decades. We have no explanation for why teh Sony MDR series are so popular. They actually sound dredful. Having a major spiky upper midrange on most models. Especially the infamous MDR7506. People mistake more upper mids for 'clarity'. And back when they debuted, in the 80

flat headphones for mixing cheap 2026

I dunno about cheap, but Sennheiser, AT and Shure have been reliable brands. Sony MDR-7506 are standard but give me fatigue. AKG K-240m from the 80s were legendary - I could strap them on for hours.

Rekomendasi headphone musik range 1-1,5 juta (Untuk pemakaian pribadi)

Gw ex-user Khastadio OS1 (menurutku OS1 sama OS2 mirip2 aja suaranya tapi O

Which headphones to buy?

Seconding HD6XX, but it is open back. Aside from that, see what the price is for a Fiio FT1 -- easily one of the best bang for your buck choices for wired closed back. Smoother highs than the DT770 while still having very full bass. If you have a modern/high end smartphone that supports LDAC, then t

Headphone recommendation for mixing & mastering electronic music.

i'm happily using Kali Audio HP-1 now, closest sound to my studio monitor. previously Sony mdr7506 or Senn HD560s which was worse, my brain works better with closed back, i mean can't find affordable open back that translate speaker low bass timing better than affordable closed back. my friends usin

Headphones advice

Thank you as well for your input. Your opinion of the Sony MDR7506 sounds pretty much like my thoughts on the Samson SR850 (very clean and pleasant to listen to , but they lack bass) . I love the sound of my SR850s, but I don't think they are punchy enough for me when I use them for DJing. I have a

Any Headphone Recommendations?

These guys, Monoprice Semi-Open Ear are my favorite headphones, just a little bit outside your price range at $47 new in the US. They beat the Sony MDR7506 that I bought to upgrade them and I ended up returning the Sony's. Feeling a little self conscious seeing so many people recommend that pair but
