Emma’s Earbuds (headphones?)
Yes! I don't know if I said a brand on the pod, but I have a few different pairs, I'll list them below! One thing I always consider is active noise canceling versus passive noise canceling. Active noise canceling is what AirPods and similar headphones provide. This means they use specific frequencie

Which headphones should I buy?
I use pretty much exclusively use headphones for editing. I’ve been using Sony MDR7506’s for 14 years. Never had any issues besides some wear and tear on the soft material that covers the cups, but they are still comfortable despite that.

best tracking headphones under 400
Closed back and critical are not really compatible traits if you mean "critical" as in very accurate headphones. For tracking, the industry standard headphones you see in pretty much every studio ever are either going to be Sony MDR7506 or some kind of Audio Technica, probably ATH-M50x. I use both o

Closed-back alternative to KSC75/Porta Pro?
Not Koss, but I really like using the Sony mdr 7506 with one ear off. Even though it looks bulkier, I find it has plenty of movement to work well. Plus they are reasonably nice studio headphones with lots of replacement parts available.

Headphones for playing through audio interface on pc
Sony MDR-7506 - comfortable, rugged (i’ve had this current set for over 10 years now) and sound great. Nice lows, not muddy, boxy or boomy at all, pleasant highs and fairly flat.

earphones
I've tried a lot of different mid-priced headphones with my e-drums, including audio technica and Sennheiser models, and head and shoulders above the rest is Sony MDR-7506. The kick feels lower and beefier, but not exaggerated like some headphones that over contour the base. The highs are present bu

Headphones for dj mixing at home?
Used to use Pioneer HDJ1000s (kind of beat up but still going strong) and recently switched to Sony's MDR7506 and I really like them, very comfy for long sessions and fit my ears+glasses very good

Headphone Recommendations (coming from rp-dh1250s)
I have both Sennheiser HD25s and Sony MDR7506 and use the HD25s in loud environments and the 7506s when I want comfort and the scene is more chill. The Sonys sound better, the Sennheiser are louder and tough as nails.

Headband Mods
I've found that replacement headbands intended for the Sony MDR-7506 work really well in terms of clamping force for Dekoni, Beautifu Audio or even Grado G pads; they are usually available for around $20 on AliExpress
