Mio's headphones
To be fair common monitor headphones aren't that expensive as they're more bare bone tools than hobby toys. They're typically not extremely built nor featured, nor do they have the best technicalities. The studio staple Sony MDR-7506 and its Japanese market cousin MDR-CD900ST are just $100-ish. Even

Headphone Recommendations - dual use for Bitwig and DJ mixing
I'm a huge fan of Sony MDR-7506 headphones. You can get them anywhere, they cost about $100. The absolutely key element to producing/mixing/mastering music on headphones is to know how the music you already KNOW sounds like. Use the headphones to listen to your regular music (Spotify/Apple Music/wha

HD25 or HDJ-X7
An alternative to consider is the Sony MDR 7506. These are more of a flat sound which to me makes it easier to beatmatch. Something that has more bass is great for listening but muddies up the sound when Im trying to mix

Today my career in music production begins. I worked hard and achieved it, I finally have my first audio interface 😄
Headphones are always a tough recommendation due to how individual tastes can vary, as well as particular needs. If your primary concern is mixing and don't need to worry about bleed, AKG K240s are well-liked. I've used my open-back Sennheiser HD6xx here and there, but haven't really dug in to a mix

Thank you so much for taking the time to write. Thanks to what you told me, I think I’m going to go with the Sony MDR-7506. Considering my budget, it’s what fits me best right now because I’ve been spending a lot lately. How do you think they’ll perform together with the Audient iD14 MKII? Will they

Any of the headphones I provided will "perform" just fine on a technical level. The Sony MDR-7506 CAN be used for mixing, and many people do use them for that because they're so familiar with them, but there are technically better choices for mixing. The key differences are what you need the headpho

Confused between Aune Ar 5000 & Fiio Ft1 Pro
Aune AR5000 is anemic in bass. FT1 Pro might be better. Alternatively try a studio headphone like Sony MDR 7506 or MDR M1/MV1.

Can I mix professionally with this situation?
No, HD280s are good for live bands with need cheap isolation. Sony 7506 would be better all around if you’re not playing drums and DT770 pros are best for mixing and anything that’s not crazy loud
