Thanks ,so nice to get a response that’s friendly ,especially on this site ,ive just found the ultra is amazing and to take channels away from it kinda ruins the use of it , for my use of the system, i love the fives and I’ll put them back to use downstairs,i really think Sonos will add this set up

He could stick in Sonos-world and still have a pretty damn great setup. An Arc Ultra + 2 Fives is still a beast of a setup, regardless of how it compares technically with a top of the line home theatre setup. If you're at all space or wife constrained a full sonos setup is going to deliver plenty

Got a few Sonos five and 300s perfectly placed around the house. It’s such a difference compared to listening anywhere else. But nothing beats listening from a great set of headphones.

If you are itching to get something because you don’t have anything currently and are looking to get something for your turntable these will do. If you are able to hold off and get something higher quality you will thank yourself later. Something like a single Sonos Five or even a 300 would be miles

Not in the slightest. Two fives are really the only way to get any meaningful overhead sound. The arc or ultra on its own barely can squeak out anything. Even beyond that, if you’re chasing cinema sound in a Sonos ecosystem it’s the only way to go.
