Dragon VS Sonos Arc
Hi everyone,
I just found out that Nakamichi released the Dragon 12 dual sub system! I’ve seen a few reviews calling it a game changer, but one thing I don’t fully get is this “ARV experience” everyone keeps mentioning — what exactly is that supposed to mean?
For context, I’ve been an Onkyo user f

After tvOS 26.4 beta 2, I’ve completely stopped using Atmos Music — stereo now sounds incredible (Sequencer setup)
Small update / clarification after more testing (and living with this setup for a while): I know my setup goes a bit against the “standard” way most people use Sonos (Era 300 as surrounds), and honestly I used to think the same way myself. But this is basically how I ended up here: I originally trie

Is it even worth buying a HomePod mini right now or am I better off waiting till 2026?
I have 6 OGs and 2 minis. The minis are trash. The full size sound great if they’re stereo paired but have always been unreliable with constant network problems and Siri is basically non-functional. Sonos Era 300 sounds better, is more stable, is friendlier to non apple sources, and has a more effec

After doing a bunch of research I bought a Sonos era 300 (for the line in option, I think any speaker with line in could would) and a fluence turntable with a built in preamp. I connected the turntable into the Sonos branded stereo line —> usb c conne

Sound system for a big room ?
For your use case I'd suggest a bunch of of Sonos Era 300 for their spatial audio (not suggesting HomePod as you appear to prefer Android). Loudspeakers are great for a fixed listening position but not so good for ambient music.

What speakers to you use at home to play Apple Music on when you don't want to wear headphones/earbuds?
I have a Sonos Era 300 which connects easily with iPhone and sounds great. You can get two and pair them too

Single Speaker Recommendation
While budget may be an issue, a Sonos Era 300 or two Era 100s could work well here. They come with cable to directly connect turntable to speaker, instead of using bluetooth.
