May the council judge my work
I'm definitely happy with it. It delivers a lot more bass than I expected for its size. I considered the Sonos Arc Ultra before, but the terrible software was a dealbreaker for me.

Speaker for my Husbands Bday!
Makes sense!Looks like u/samelaaaa already suggested a pair of Sonos Five speakers. And u/Glum_Cheesecake9859 suggested the KEF LSX LT II. Those are both solid recommendations. The KEF may be a little more "audiophile" with a lot of detail, while the Sonos will have a LOT more bass, which tends to c

Adding fronts
I highly recommend adding fronts. I’ve experimented with Fives, Play 3s, era 100s, and One G2s. They all sound awesome but the order I listed them is how I rank them in terms of overall sound quality. I bought the Play 3s just do the test. $140 for the pair which seems to be the going rate. I was sh

Bravia Theatre bar 9 or 8?
Agreed. My living room system has the 65 inch a95L, a Sonos arc ultra, and the Sub 4. Fantastic secondary system.

Sony Bravia 8 II 55"
Sony makes nice brackets. They are expensive but excellent. Not sure how easy they are to use with different brand tvs or even Sony models so may want to research that unless someone here knows. As others have said, Sanus makes some nice brackets too and they are less expensive than the Sonys. Sonos

Volume limit for fronts?
I’d really love to talk with someone from Sonos that could explain how the old beta test fronts capability actually works. I’ve tested five different speaker models with the Arc Ultra, Arc and Beam 2. In every case the volume between the speakers and soundbar sounded properly balanced. People post a

After tvOS 26.4 beta 2, I’ve completely stopped using Atmos Music — stereo now sounds incredible (Sequencer setup)
Happy to clarify 🙂 In my current setup I’m using: • Era 300 as fronts • Era 100 as surrounds • Arc Ultra as center / Atmos anchor • Sub Gen 4 So the Arc Ultra is not replacing the surrounds. The surrounds are still handled by the Era 100s, while the Arc Ultra still handles the center channel and the

Add play 3’s to front or add a sub mini
I would suggest you go with both. Play 3s sound fantastic as fronts but I don’t think they will provide the bass you’re listening for. I have four Sonos HTs between two homes and adding fronts is the single most significant improvement I’ve made. As for the subwoofer, In a room that size I would go

Is the fluance rt-85 a good option for my first?
New addict here. Started this year. Love my rt85. Running through fosi x2 preamp and sonos port, arc ultra, era 300 surrounds, and sub 4. Sounds amazing. Did that PlayStation light hack thing too. Bit of a fingerprint magnet (walnut). Running stock tubes on the fosi, but may swap out soon with the g
