Check out the SOLAKAKA E9Pro, it is very similar to your design but its missing the DPI +- buttons on the left mouse button, those 2 buttons gone from this SOLAKAKA mouse is the reason im not switching to it, ill stick with my G604 till it finally dies

That's the Solakaka E9 Pro, it's honestly a bit buggy at the moment (macro buttons randomly sticking in software until you click the button again), so I personally wouldn't recommend until they figure that out.
