From what I've heard, the ANC on the Icon ANC would be a downgrade from the Hesh ANC. Build quality looks to be better than the Hesh ANC, but it's an on-ear headphone, so noise isolation will already be worse to begin with. Right now, the Hesh 540 ANC doesn't have any aftermarket earpads available, and I heard they have some build quality issues, so I wouldn't go for them personally.
