I just got over a terrible bout of this. And yes it is terrible! I got a hand held massager on Amazon, Sharper Image POWERBOOST MOVE and It has really helped alot - the smallest attachment helped the most. I used this for several hours a day for 3 days. Also on UTube look for "Fix This On Your Couch
