My M4 headphones were delivered this morning and have been charging for more than an hour at this point (All the lights are on). Unfortunately, holding the power button down does not turn on the headphones and as such I am unable to use them. Has anyone else run into this?

Last night while using my Momentum 4s they randomly powered off though I had 20% battery remaining. I plugged them into my charger, only for them to blink red 3 times, pause, and then blink red 3 times. Even when I unplug them, they will blink red three times again. This morning, I plugged t

My Momentum 4s are fully charged and updated, but they’re in this weird cycle where:

-When charging they give these three flashing red lights, a pause, and then another three -If I keep them charging for a while and leave them alone they allow me to connect to my phone for 20/30 minutes -They ran

It has been flashing like this for hours, the battery stays at 5% even after hours of leaving it on charge.

Ive also tried factory reset manually & through the app many times and also tried a different cable.

This happened after i stopped using it for 2-3 days.
