To anyone who own Heavy, are they worth it?

If you want something wired, get yourself some Sennheiser HD600, HD650, or HD660S2's. Can't go wrong with ol mate Senny. Very balanced frequency curve on all 3 of these models, but the 660S2's have a little more low end bass. If you want Bluetooth headphones, I'm pretty happy with my Sony XM5's.

Just had one of the best listening experiences of my life

HD 490 Pro and HD 660S2 are solid options as well if you don't want to instantly break the bank. Also the new HEDDphone D1 is one the best option under $1000 that has new diaphragm material tech that should offer close to planar-like speed and super wide EQ headroom (as much as I love Sennheisers I'

Mon premier casque HI-FI, le Sennheiser HD 660S2 !

Me and my friend ChatGPT, we are fluent French speakers, hence this is what he said: "After so many years of using gaming headsets (Razer, Logitech..), I wanted to get a Hi-Fi headphone on the side to improve my music listening (and, to a lesser extent, for series/movies). Mission accomplished with

HD 490 PRO or HD 660S2

I actually own both. Short answer: the HD 490 Pro is way more versatile. Comfort is the first big difference. The 490 has larger and deeper cups, lighter clamp, and just more space in general. For long sessions, especially with bigger ears, it’s noticeably easier to live with. Sound-wise, the 660S2

My pet peeve about Youtube Headphone Revievers

I stopped listening to 90% of those reviewers when the HD 660S2 came out and they all said it was mid and inferior to the 650 and 600. It's one of my favorite headphones to date, has notably better transients, separation and imaging than either of those two, and it's the first one I'd reach for befo

Sennheiser hd660s2 The problem I'm having

Hi there, I have IE 600 and HD 660S, and many other IEMs, and I also do music professionally. What you're describing can have multiple reasons, and I’d suggest just ignoring it. If you're unsure, you can always order another pair of HD 660S2 to compare, then send one unit back. First reason is that

Should I get HD490 PRO or HD660S2 after Audeze Maxwell

My vote is easily for the hd660s2. Own and game/listen to music for way too long everyday, I find myself reaching for the HD 660s2 no matter what. The 490 pros are a stellar can, and proof that Sennheiser can provide the perfect balance of consumer and mainstream in one cans tuning, with a great sou

should I get the HD650 or the HD660S2

Some great advice here in this thread. The HD 660S2 has a lower resonant frequency which offers deeper sub-bass and more impactful bass extension. This makes it more suitable for modern genres such as hip-hop, electronica and the like. The treble can be perceived as slightly more resolving with more

This arrived today!

If it is not power enough you can make a combination with Zen can 3. A good and powerful combo for almost every pair of headphones. I use it with Sennheiser HD 660S2 and hifiman edition xs.
