Want to buy a wired Sennheiser headphone
Closed-back wired in the 250-300 range is actually quite difficult, at least when it comes to the Sennheiser lineup. The HD 620S is pretty much the only current wired model but that one doesn't necessarily have a neutral/analytical sound, so... something like the AKG k371 or the Beyerdynamic DT 700

What headphone disappointed you at first...then grew on you?
From Sennheiser? Honestly, no headphone disappointed me at first but I came to like it after. In fact, with three of them it was the opposite. I liked them at first but came to dislike them later: Those were the Momentum 4, the HD 560S, and the HD 660S2. I immediately loved the HD 600, HD 650, HD 58
