I’m using the standard sennheisers now. HD 280 Pro, maybe a year or two old. No complaints excellent. Only ones I’ve ever used for this purpose

There are some good ones out there. I've had the same set of Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones since 2012 now. I've replaced the headband foam twice. Almost time again. Replaced the cord once, after someone tripped over it. Got some very comfortable ear pads about 4 years ago, still going strong.Good
